Are pets allowed?

We welcome dogs in all our cars.

You are responsible for ensuring that your dog travels safely in the car and does not damage anything.

Please inform us when booking if you plan to bring your dog as we always do an extra cleaning afterwards. There is an additional fee of €50 if the dog does not sit in its own crate in the car.

Never leave your dog alone in the car!

Is there parking where we pick up the car?

At all our pickup locations, you can leave your car free of charge.

However, we are not responsible for your vehicle during the rental period.

What rental periods are available?

All our cars can be rented flexibly on a daily basis or longer.

Our goal is to always be as helpful and flexible as possible.

What driving license is required to drive the cars?

All our cars can be driven with a B driving license.

Can you drive outside Åland with rental cars from you?

Yes, you can drive within the Nordic countries with all our cars.

If you want to drive outside the Nordic countries, it is possible but with our approval when booking.

When booking, please let us know if you plan to travel abroad, as you'll need a Green Card (a certificate from the insurance company) in the car.

What are the times for pickup and return?

We are flexible with customers and decide together when booking what times apply and are written in the contract.

We live on an island and need to adapt to ferry and flight departures.

Do you get a walkthrough of your cars when you rent?

Of course, we thoroughly review the car's functions and regulations before delivery.

We are also available as support during the rental period if you have any questions. Personal service is important to us!

How many km are included in the booking?

Free mileage is 250 km/day.

You can of course drive more one day and less another. The total mileage is what counts.

Beyond that, 20 cents/km is charged unless otherwise stated in the delivery protocol.

How does the deductible work?

Anything can happen, but we ask you to drive carefully and with good judgment and take good care of the car.

When using the vehicle's insurance, the renter is charged a deductible per damage in accordance with the rental terms.

How does payment work?

When booking, the customer receives an invoice for the rental amount.

The invoice must be paid within the set due date.

Payment via payment link should be made immediately.

The booking is confirmed when payment is made.

Insurance?

All our vehicles are fully insured with Åland Mutual Insurance Company.

Where can we find your vehicles?

We are located at Blomstringevägen 12 in Jomala. A large gravel parking lot above Maxinge shopping center.

We also deliver vehicles around all of mainland Åland according to agreement when booking.
